3. Terms Governing Events, Sessions, and Music
3.1 Access: Access to digital products, music, and event bookings is provided via the Site and Cal.com.3.2 Fees: All fees are processed through Stripe or PayPal. By purchasing, you agree to their respective terms.3.3 Cancellation & Rescheduling:
Private Sessions: You must provide at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule. Sessions missed or cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice are forfeited without refund.
Online Events: Tickets for digital events are non-refundable. If you cannot attend live, a recording may be provided at our discretion (if applicable).
Late Arrival: Sessions and events start on time. To respect the energetic container, late arrival does not extend the session duration.
4. General Legal Provisions
4.1 Spiritual & Energetic Disclaimer: You acknowledge that the terms "Medicine Music" and "Energy Medicine" as used on this Site refer to spiritual, vibrational, and energetic practices, not clinical or Western medicine.
